Accounts payable, checked
Pay only for what arrived.
TriMatch checks every vendor invoice against the purchase order and what you actually received, before you pay. Clean invoices go straight through to approval and your books. Problems go to the right person with the money at risk.
Works with QuickBooks Online and Xero. Plans from $149 a month. Unlimited users.

What it catches
The money that slips out of accounts payable
Every invoice line is compared with the purchase order, the delivery and the last price you paid. These are the problems it stops before payment.
The same invoice, sent twice
Invoice KIS-88213 arrives by email, then again as an upload written "KIS 88213". The second copy is stopped.
Caught even when the number, date or format is slightly different.
Billed but not delivered
Billed for 500 boxes when 300 arrived, or for 20 anchors the dock rejected as damaged. You pay for what came in.
The receiver confirms with one tap from a text or email.
Quiet price increases
Office coffee went from $165 to $172 to $186 a month. Each rise over the last price you paid is flagged with what it costs you over a year.
Prices above the PO are held for the buyer.
Freight over the allowance
$95 of freight on a stretch wrap order where your rule allows less. Tax that is higher than your expected rate is flagged too.
You short-pay or ask for a credit in one click.
Over the PO or blanket limit
A janitorial bill that would take a $12,000 blanket PO over its limit, or a line that is not on the PO at all.
Sent to the buyer who owns the PO.
Changed vendor bank details
An invoice arrives asking you to pay a new bank account. Payment is held until someone confirms the change by calling a number already on file.
The most expensive mistake in AP, stopped by default.
How it works
Three steps, most of them automatic
Invoices come in
Upload PDFs, forward vendor emails, or snap a phone photo of a paper invoice. TriMatch reads the vendor, lines, totals and bank details.
Matched automatically
Each invoice is checked against purchase orders from QuickBooks Online or Xero and the deliveries your team records, using the tolerances you set.
Clean ones go through
Clean invoices are approved (automatically under the limit you set) and posted to your books. Problems go to the right person with the reason, the money at risk and a one-click fix.
Pricing

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Does it work with QuickBooks Online and Xero?
Yes. Connect QuickBooks Online or Xero and TriMatch brings in your vendors and open purchase orders, then posts approved bills and payments back. You keep your books where they are. If you use something else, you can import vendors and POs from a spreadsheet and download approved bills as a CSV.
What if we don't use purchase orders?
TriMatch still checks every invoice. If you have POs but don't record deliveries, it does a 2-way match: the invoice against the PO. Bills with no PO at all, like rent or utilities, are still checked for duplicates, math errors, price increases over the last price you paid, tax and changed bank details, then go to the right approver by your rules.
Does TriMatch pay our vendors?
No. We never hold or move your money. TriMatch prepares the payment files (ACH, checks and others) and records, and you send the payment from your own bank.
What happens after the free trial?
The trial is 30 days and needs a card to start. Nothing is charged during the trial. On day 31 the plan you picked is charged, unless you cancel before then. If you go over your plan's invoices later, you move up to the next plan automatically and the Billing page shows your usage before that happens.
Can we cancel, and do you give refunds?
Cancel any time in Billing. Cancel before day 31 and you pay nothing. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Partial months are not refunded, with a few exceptions such as a first charge you meant to avoid. See the Refund Policy.
Can we get our data out?
Yes, always. Admins can download a full export of the workspace at any time, including after cancelling, when the workspace becomes read-only. Reports and bills also download as CSV files.
When can we reach support?
Email support Monday to Friday, first reply within one business day. Live help by video call or phone Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm US Eastern (4:00 pm to 8:00 pm East Africa Time). Payment-day problems flagged before 1:00 pm Eastern are answered the same business day. Write to support@trimatchap.com. Details are on the support page.
Is our data secure?
Sensitive fields and documents are encrypted with a separate key for each company, every change is written to a tamper-evident audit trail, and you can require two-factor sign-in or single sign-on (SSO) for your team. Read the Security Overview.
